• Annual dues for 2024 / 2025 are $25.00 if paying by cash, cheque or e-transfer;  $26.25 if paying through PayPal. Dues are payable on September 1st.
• Students age 15 to 19 years pay annual dues of $10.00.
• Membership is from September 1st to August 31st.
• General Meetings are in-person from 7 to 9 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month from September to June at the Bayside Café, 5 – 2760 Cliffe Ave.
• The Annual General Meeting is held on the third Thursday in June.

• Monthly General Meetings with Guest Speaker and/or Open Mic on the 3rd Thursday, 7 to 9 p.m., September to June.
• Small Writing Groups: 6-8 writers, similar genres/interests, group-determined schedules.
• Prose & Poetry at Courtenay Public Library: third Monday of the month, 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Come to listen and/or read.
• Reading Night at the Courtenay Public Library is currently suspended.
